Jason, nicely put. I liked “start small. But start.” Another thing one could do is to meditate with other experienced meditators. Meditation is a state of consciousness that passes on. Like we feel happy in presence of another happy person. It latches on. So does meditation. Meditating with an experiences person, friend or teacher, initial experiences will be easier to come by. Group meditations are also big lifters.
