Usually beginner meditators yearn for their first click. And expert meditators hanker on for more and more experience.

Though there is nothing wrong in it, this expectation frustrates the beginners and experienced alike.

Like any other skill, meditation is all about practice, practice & practice. As you practice, you get better at it.

So much has been written and spoken on the internet about meditation & its benefits. There should be no doubt in your mind, it is a skill worth learning.

But then as a beginner you might have this question,

“Which is the best meditation to practice to learn meditation? Please suggest something that clicks right away.”

And then you imagine yourself becoming more experienced. So you ask again:

“Once I get better at it, which is the best meditation that will give me deep experience again and again?”

Can there be one meditation that can do both?

In my experience, there is one meditation that fulfills both the wishes in one go…

It is..

Panchakosha Meditation by H. H. Sri Sri RaviShankar

Recently I was chatting with my friend Arka about Panchakosha meditation. And he goes, “You start it and after sometime you go boom”.

And I told him, this is the most apt experience I have ever heard about Sri Sri’s Panchakosha meditation.

It is there in YouTube, free to practice.

When I was learning to meditate, Panchakosha meditation always clicked.

And after 10 years, now, when I conduct meditations for beginners, hands down this meditation clicks for them the first time.

And when I do it along with beginners, it just gets better and better for me.

So give it a try.

And keep practicing it everyday.

It will open a new world for you.
