Pick any one or more of these and practice them daily for at least 5 or 7 days.

At the end of it, you would have learnt a useful skill and replenished your energies.

Add it to your morning or evening routine during these lock-down days.

It will also bring down your anxieties and make your mind calm & serene.

In this video, Sri Sri also gives some diet tips for keeping immunity strong.

An anxiety transformer, this meditation will transform your negative mood into a positive one.

If you have consumed too much news and are feeling negative about things going around you right now, this meditation will help you regain your ground.

Very simple, yet very effective. Do this one without any expectation. Let the meditation work on you.

A very pragmatic one, you can do this meditation later also if you are feeling low, beaten-down or sad.

3. Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep)

This is another favorite because it is done lying down and is almost like sleeping.

If you are feeling lazy or need a power relaxer, this is the one. Don’t confuse it with a power nap.

This one will take you deep into a relaxing & aware sleep. Yes, “aware sleep”! It sounds like an oxymoron. But here it is. Yoga Nidra or Yogic Sleep.

If you have difficulty sleeping, this meditation will make you sleep like a baby. Just lie down and follow the meditation. Many people have shared that Yoga Nidra by Sri Sri is helpful in reducing high blood pressure.

4. The 7 min Relaxer

On 4th number is this beauty that is short and very powerful.

This one is just 7 minutes. Was conducted outdoors in 2011.

It goes slow. And really takes you back to the basics.

You feel a lot of relaxation in your eyes and head.

So if you have been spending time on social media, TV, watching movies or playing video games for long, go for this one.

5. Panchakosha Meditation (Meditation at 5 levels)

Finally #5 is Panchakosha meditation — meditation at five levels.

A very powerful meditation that will relax your body and mind like no other.

A favorite of beginners & experienced alike, it builds-up step by step. Very naturally it gets you into a state of deep meditation.

If you have never done meditation before, this is a good one to start your meditation practice daily.

The experienced meditators will definitely enjoy it every time.
